Shenzhen Aikancloud Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as 'Aikancloud') respects and protects the privacy of all users of the Service.To provide you with more accurate and improved services, we will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By agreeing to Aikancloud Service Agreement (in this context, 'Aikancloud' will be referred to as 'the APP'), you are also consenting to the terms of this Privacy Policy in its entirety. We acknowledge the importance of privacy and aim to clearly define the scope of information we collect enabling you to make informed decisions about the use of your information.

1)When you sign up for an APP account, you provide your personal registration information as requested by the APP, and personal information is only shared to the extent you personally authorize. In addition, we only collect the information we need to maintain the services our company provides to you.

We require access to your device ID and status to ensure proper functionality. We do not collect or store the requested data, only the device identification in order to customize our multilingual services to better serve you.

4)Enable Microphone Access and Voice Recording

To utilize functions involving audio input, like voice commands or voice recordings, we require access to your device's microphone. Please be assured that we do not collect or store any audio data from your device; access is only facilitated via the camera or receiver upon your consent.

5)Request Input Method Service

We request access to input method services to provide language options suitable for different geographic regions.

6)Permission is required for mobile applications to identify and pair with devices, enabling features such as remote control.

We request permission to allow mobile devices to discover and recognize devices to achieve remote control on the mobile side;

7)Upon receipt, the alarm push service initiates a vibration alert and sends notifications

We utilize our app's alarm push service to send timely vibrations and notifications to the user upon certain triggers.

8)We may collect your location data, including an approximate location using network criteria and precise location determined by GPS and network analysis

We collect approximate and precise location data to provide location-based services. This involves the use of GPS and network-based geolocation.

9)We may facilitate location updates for your device when in motion, utilizing network-based location tracking

We may update the location information of your moving device to ensure accurate and efficient services.

10)Display current network status of the mobile device, such as a 4G network.

We require access to your device's network status to ensure connectivity and maintain service quality. This includes but is not limited to:

a)View network connection

b)Accessing detailed WLAN hotspot information like the network name.

c)Access and review details of WLAN connectivity.

d)Alter the status of network connections as required

e)Establish or terminate connections with WLAN networks

f)Exercise comprehensive access rights for network usage

g)Assess the status and validity of network connections

11)When you utilize the APP network service or access the APP platform website, the APP automatically collects and records various types of information. This data includes, but is not limited to: Mobile network details, IP address, WiFi access points, Operating system and software versions, Selected language, Date and time of access, Characteristics of the device hardware and software, Web page browsing history.

12)Application Information

a)Identify active applications in use on the device.

b)Upon application launch, the following data is collected: the user's IP address, mobile device login credentials (including the device ID).

c)Through the use of our App, we collect data generated during the operation of the camera or receiver. This includes access dates and times, the amount of data produced, and notifications that are successfully delivered to your mobile device.

d)Registration with the application platform is necessary to utilize this application, which entails providing personal data such as your name and mobile phone number. Certain data furnished by you will be received from the online store's operator. This collected information is retained as it is essential for the execution of the service contract.

13)To view screenshots or replay videos within the APP, you must grant access to your album's video content. Such access is permitted solely with the user's consent.

14)The APP supports graphic display for previews and replays and may access the frame buffer to capture screenshots, conditional upon obtaining user consent.

15)The APP has the ability to control device vibration and is authorized to receive WLAN multicasts.

16)The APP may use system tools to modify system settings.

17)The APP enables users to set their screen orientation to landscape or portrait mode as preferred.

18)To receive push notifications from this app on your device,you must grant the necessary permissions upon first launch. You can disable them anytime in your device settings.

19)The APP may request your permission to format and delete contents from the TF card. Such operations will only be carried out upon obtaining your consent.

20)Your personal information will not be provided, sold, rented, shared, or traded with any third parties unrelated to our services unless we have received your prior permission. In cases where a third party is involved in providing you service in conjunction with our APP, access to your information will be restricted and prohibited following the conclusion of that service.

21)Third parties are prohibited from collecting, editing, selling, or distributing your personal information without compensation. If a user is found to be involved in such activities, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.

22)Information Disclosure: Your personal information may be disclosed, either in whole or part, based on your consent or as required by law, under the following conditions:

a)With your prior consent, to third parties

b)To provide you with the requested products and services, it may be necessary to share your personal information with third parties

c)In compliance with legal provisions or requirements from administrative or judicial authorities, to third parties or such authorities

d)If you breach laws, regulations, this Service Agreement, or related rules, to third parties

e)If you are a complainant of intellectual property rights infringement and have filed a complaint, we may disclose information to the respondent upon their request to facilitate potential rights dispute resolution.

f)In transactions conducted via the APP platform, should a party fulfill or partially meet their obligations and seek information disclosure, we may provide the contact details of the concerned party upon evaluation.

g)Other disclosures deemed appropriate by law, regulation or website policy.

23)Storage and exchange of information

a) The information and data the Application collects from you may be stored on servers owned by us or our affiliated companies. These details could be transmitted to, and processed in, a location outside of your country or the region where the data was collected, where they could also be accessed and displayed.

b)Access the content stored on your SD card.

c)Alter or erase content stored on your SD card.

24)Information Security

Safeguard your login credentials to protect against the loss of your data and prevent unauthorized intrusion, tampering, disclosure, or damage to the stored information. Be mindful that no security measures on the information network can be guaranteed to be infallible.

25)When using APP's web services to conduct online transactions, you will inevitably need to disclose your personal information to the other party or potential partners. It's important to safeguard your personal information and only provide it when truly necessary. If you suspect that your personal information has been breached, particularly your username and password, you should immediately reach out to the appropriate contact so that prompt action can be taken.

26)Unique Application Number

Each of certain services is assigned a unique application number. This number, along with information pertinent to the service such as the type of operating system and the version number of the application, is transmitted to the application platform whenever you install or uninstall the service, or when the service automatically communicates with our servers, for instance, to update the software.

27)Our content does not infringe upon copyright without authorization.

28)The App does not contain hazardous download links or buttons.

29)The App is free from deceptive or intrusive advertising, advertisements that disrupt device functionality, or those containing inappropriate content. All advertisements within the App are considered integral to the App Platform experience.

30)App Integration with Third-Party SDKs: To facilitate the App's functionalities and ensure its secure and stable operation, we may incorporate software development kits (SDKs) offered by third-party and affiliated entities.

We conduct thorough security checks on the SDKs used by our partners to gather information, maintaining data security. The specific third-party and affiliated SDKs we integrate are transparently itemized in our Directory.

Be advised that third-party SDKs may undergo alterations in their data processing due to updates in versions or changes in policies. For the most current information, refer to their official statements as published.

31)The APP is intended for use with monitoring cameras, and it may collect some essential personal information to provide the related basic services:

Camera Permission: Enabling this permission authorizes the use of the camera by the APP, allowing you to add devices via QR code scanning.

Notification Permission: By enabling push notifications, you will receive alarm messages from this app on your notification bar, status bar, and lock screen.

Location Permission: Turning on location services facilitates the retrieval of your phone's current position for adding devices, searching for nearby device hotspots, and verifying connection to a device hotspot.

Album Permission: Granting album access permits the app to save screenshots and recordings to your phone's local album.

Microphone Permission: Allowing microphone access lets the app record audio, enabling you to use the intercom feature during live viewing.

Mobile Phone Number Access: The app may access your mobile phone number for country identification and to bind it with your email account.

MAC Address Retrieval: This helps to identify individual users and guard against access by non-genuine users.

IMSI Access: This is utilized to recognize unique client users, also serving as a preventative measure against non-genuine user access.

Device Serial Number Retrieval: Collecting the serial number aids in uniquely identifying users to deter access by non-genuine users

Collect SD Card Data: This function is for storage permission. It allows the APP to create directories and save images and videos on your SD card.

32)Account Deletion Option: Within the app, you can delete your account by going to ‘Me‘ > ‘Settings‘ > ‘Account Cancellation‘.

33)Effectiveness of Account Deletion: The Deletion is effective immediately, rendering the account unable to log in or utilize the APP thereafter.

34)Obtaining IMEI: The APP collects IMEI numbers to tally user count and for device registration, binding, and user account creation. This aids in preventing malicious activities.

35)Accessing User's Software Installation List: The APP may access the list of installed software on your device for operational purposes. When the APP requires redirection to another application, it checks the installation list to confirm the presence of the necessary app, enabling redirection or suggesting downloading if not installed.

For instance, for login via WeChat, the APP verifies if the WeChat client is installed to facilitate the redirect.

36)Personal information that we collect and produce within the territory of the People’s Republic of China shall be retained domestically and is free from international transfer.

Should the need arise for cross-border processing or data transfer of your personal information in the future, such transfer will only be conducted in strict compliance with applicable laws, administrative regulations, and mandates of governing regulatory bodies. Prior to any cross-border data movement, we will seek your explicit consent again, in keeping with legal requirements. Additionally, our privacy policy will articulate in detail the destination and purpose of such data transfers, ensuring your perpetual awareness of the whereabouts of your stored personal information. Concurrently, we commit to deploying protective measures such as encryption and anonymization to secure your information during any transmission.

We store your personal information only for the duration strictly required to fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy and as mandated by applicable laws and regulations. To deliver our Cloud Video Recording services, the video footage captured by intelligent hardware is retained on our servers for a period not exceeding that of the 'Cloud Video Recording' package you subscribed to. Should you discontinue the use of the Cloud Video service, corresponding video files will cease to be retained on our servers. Upon cessation of the App use or decoupling of your smart hardware, we will halt the collection of your personal data forthwith and undertake anonymization of the information you have provided within a reasonable time frame.

In the event that we cease operation of a product or service, we will stop collecting your personal information immediately. You will be informed of the discontinuation through direct notification or public announcement. Furthermore, we will either delete or anonymize any personal information that we hold.

To avail you of our services, it is imperative that you furnish us with the personal data essential for service provision. Without such personal information, we regret that we cannot deliver the corresponding products or services to you.
